The large two-storey residence Syra Suite 3.4 Petunia is an ideal option of 82 sq.m. suitable for up to 6 guests.

It has a double bed in the Master bedroom, two single beds in the junior bedroom, a bathroom at rooms level and a WC at living room level. Just meet and use the eco-friendly Apivita personal care products of upper quality!

The comfortable sofa bed in the spacious living room sleeps two extra guests.

The clean and neat fully equipped kitchen is there to ensure all modern amenities during your stay.

POLICY – FACILITIES – TERMS

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT

Check-in: 15:00 – 18:00. Check-in at 15:00 or later is mandatory in case there is a same day check-out from the Suite, so that Suite proper cleaning and all functionality controls are carried out.
Check-out: 09:00 - 11:00. Check-out at 11:00 is necessary so that the next guest enjoys a clean and fully functional Suite at check-in. 
For early Check-in & late check-out option please contact us.
Please hold your ID or Passport at check-in.

SYRA SUITES MAX OCCUPANCY

Guests exceeding the maximum occupancy of the Suites are not allowed.
No extra beds are available.

CLEANING SERVICES

Free Clean Linen,Towels and Cleaning Service provided every 2 days. 

PETS

Pets are not allowed, apart from guide dogs.

SMOKING

Smoking is not allowed in the Suites.

DAMAGE PREVENTION

Please do not throw any paper or any other objects into the toilet. Use the wastebasket. Serious danger of blocking.

COMMON QUIET HOURS

Please respect the common quite hours (15:00-17:30 & 23:00-07:00)

SAFETY AND ECO-FRIENDLY BEHAVIOR

Please make sure you lock your Suite prior leaving it and also make sure you keep your personal belongings secure.
Before you go to the beach please use the curtains so that you keep your Suite protected from direct sunlight.
During your stay please keep lights, air conditioning units and other equipment off when you do not wish to use them.
Please prefer natural lighting when practical.
Before going to bed please ensure that indoor and outdoor lighting is switched-off and also make sure that all electronic devices and equipment are switched-off!

BOOKINGS & CANCELLATION POLICY

A client must provide full contact details and a credit or debit card details for his booking to be confirmed.
No advance payment is required for a booking to be confirmed.
Any booking can be cancelled free of charge up to 21 days prior to arrival. Any booking cancelled less than 21 days prior to arrival is subject to a 50% charge. Non showing up results in a 100% charge of the total booking cost. These charges will incur using the card details provided when the booking was made.

Room rates and details are correct at the time of publication and are subject to change without prior notice.

DAMAGE

Clients are liable for any damage howsoever caused to the allocated Suites or Syra Suites premises caused by them or any persons in their party during their stay. Syra Suites reserves the right to retain client credit card and/or debit card details and charge or debit such amounts as it shall in its sole discretion deem fit on the said card(s) to compensate or make good the loss, damage, costs or expenses incurred or suffered by Syra Suites as a result of the aforesaid.
